Acai Pure - Central Coast Nutraceuticals
This company has false advertisement and the customer service tells you something different than what the terms and conditions states

The company acai pure ripped me off. I placed an order for a 14-day risk free trail offer. I cancelled my order before the 14 days were up, because I only had the product for 5 days.
When I cancelled the through their website www.getorderhelp.com, I would receive an automatic reply saying they would get back to me within 24-48 hrs and the next e-mailed I received said that I would have to wait 72 hours before I heard about my cancellation.
Well I was charged a remaing balance of $59.95, and they refused to refund my money and was very rude to me on the phone. I noticed as I was doing research on this product that they have several 800 numbers to call but of course they all lead you to the same customer service. When I asked to speak to someone in charge they would not let me and ignored my request.
I did file a claim with the BBB and my complaint was sent to the BBB in Arizona because that is address that was shown when you click on the "Contact Us" link. My next step is to file a dispute claim with my bank for these charges and send this product back that I never used.
The customer services reps (I talke to 2 different people) one told me I had a 10 day risk free trail and it started after I received the product and the second csr told me I had a 10-day risk free trail and it started when I ordered the product. The terms and conditions states that you have 10 day risk free trial plus and extra 4 days. While looking at the terms and conditions on the site a chat pop-up comes up and also says a 14 day risk free trial.
There is also a money back guarantee on the website that if you are not fully satisfied with the product you can receive a full refund minus the shipping, but in the terms and conditions it says the same but you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. When sent another e-mail requesting the RMA# to return the product, I got an e-mail saying they were sorry that I wanted to return the product, but they would give me $20 to keep it, $15 for the product and $5 for the shipping.
