You people are joking right?! How can you file a complaint at a company that does nothing wrong?!?! I ordered my trial from their website approx 4 months ago, and I then ordered for a family member in January. It is a trial not a free trial, meaning you try the product, if you don't like it IN YOUR TRIAL PERIOD you return it, if not you pay for it. You have to accept the terms and conditions twice before the order is placed. I find it comical that people complain on here because they clearly don't read terms and conditions. Yes, you will receive the product once a month and be billed for it. Again, you agree'd to that in the terms and conditions. If you don't know how to read before you put in your credit card information, maybe you shouldn't have a credit card. After reading some of these complaints I cannot believe how immature and ridicilous people are. Mizulean, I will continue to buy your product on a monthly basis because I love the energy it gives me.
