I signed the contract to make repairs to stop water from leaking througt my 2nd floor window. Mr. Chris Smith was the sale person, license#Hl 1031488 who inspected the work and wrote up the contract. The cost for the repairs $2,632.. Paid in full. When the first came the water leaks was worst then before the repairs. I called Ms kelly at company at 1-516-593-4848. Two men came out and added caulking around the window during the next rain water leaks were still there. Jamie the sub-contractor who make the repairs with the two other men came re-caulked the window, today I still have the same leak. Ms kelly for over almost two years has refused to correct the problem. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint I was told after two months they could not force the company to correct the problem. Now I need to know is too late to file a complaint.
