We, too, had a sunroom installed by Melani Brothers out of Richmond, VA. Ours was installed in June. We also have a large sunroom, that we paid $30,000 for, that can only be used for storage outdoor tools and furniture. Our room leaks in several different places, they sound like the same places as in the other complaint. The room leaks down the back wall where the roof attaches to the house, so can't drywall. We have 2 doors, and both leak at the bottom. Two side light windows (that don't open) leak, with water pooling on the sills, running down the interior wall, and soaking the floor. There is always water in the window tracks when it rains. We purchased hardwood flooring that we cannot put in due to the leaks. We also had a cracked window shortly after installation. That was replaced in a timely fashion. We have reported the leaking to Melani Bros. Several times, each time getting the response the previous complaint cited-it would be a month or more before anyone could come out to look at the damage and do repairs. They have sent people out to our home twice, all that done was some extra caulking, and they even had the nerve to tell us that the leak on the back wall was coming from a poorly sealed upstairs window and running down the wall behind the siding! If this was the case, and the sunroom was installed correctly, why was the water getting past the sunroom roof were it attaches to the house? We are having a big Nor'Easter where we live right now, and guess what? The sunroom ir leaking again! What an expensive piece of crap!
