In October I purchased a home from the builder. A couple months after we moved in, the window in our half bath began to leak every time it rained. I contacted Fiona about the issue and in the winter of 2007 the builder came out to make repairs. After the repairs were made the window was fine until the spring of 2007 when the contractor mistakenly undone what was done in the winter. Apparently the contractor thought my window was leaking again but one of my neighbors had the same issue as me. Ever since April I have been calling Fiona periodically to report the window leak and ask that someone come to fix. Two months ago someone from Pyramid came out and looked at the window in question from the outside. That person did not even climb a ladder to take a closer look at the issue. They spent minutes outside the house from the ground level and never returned. My window is still leaking when it rains.
