I received a parcel this morning which has not been ordered. The Invoice stated that this order was put through over the phone which is a think I never do with this Company. I did at first, but when they did not ring true to their promises of money won, I stopped ordering. This money must have been deducted from my Bank Account by my Debit card which I formerly used but have not used with this Company for quite a while now. I got onto my Bank and they advised to get in touch with the Company itself first. This would be awkward as the Main office for them is in France and being a disabled 80 year old pensioner would find it too expensive to phone them there out of my pension.
