On 01/31/10 I placed Order No: 2079080 for a purchase and delivery of a 18k Gold Diamond Flower Ring, SKU # JR900421, and paid $222.12

According to the information provided on the web site, standard delivery takes 7-15 business days. However, in two weeks I didn't receive anything. Since I purchased a ring as a gift fand didn't get it on time, I requested cancellation of my order on 02/18/10. On 02/20/10 I received e-mail from Jean where I've been informed that they already forwarded my cancellation request to their accounting.

Next day, I received notification from the post office that the package has arrived. I informed Je Gem.com about the package arrival and remind them that I insist on my refund. The entire process took unreasonably long time, and I don't need this ring anymore and don't want it to deal with JeGem any longer. I advised them to recall the order and return my money since I requested cancellation before the order was arrived, and since the time frame was exhausted. Yet, Je Gem.com advised me to pick up the package from the Post Office, mail it back to them and only under such circumstances they promised to consider my money refund. I picked up the package. There were no receipt, no invoice, no item description, and no even information about the company I dealt with. I don't even know if there are real gold and diamonds I paid for.

I want my money back, but where I have to mail the item to if there is no return address? I checked their web site again - zero; no information about the company, no address and no phone #. Only e-mail.

These guys are quiet mysterious and I am kind of afraid of dealing with them until you review my complaint. I don't need the ring anymore - I've got it 10 days later than I expected. Besides, I am not even sure if this is really 18K gold and a diamond - nothing in the package says about the product I received.

Ultimately, I want JeGem to refund my money and arrange the pick up. I've lost enough of money and time to spend additional money and time on the back shippment. They took money from my credit card two weeks before it was delivered. Now I want them to refund my money before they get their item back.

Since they completely ignore my protest, I ask you to register and review my complaint. Thank you in advance,
