I ordered an air conditioner for my mother from walmat.com. Long story short it was delivered to the wrong address. The website said 'delivered' but when I called my mother she said it has not arrived. I called the 800 number and was told that the people at the home that the item was dropped off called FedEx and reported it was not theirs. Meanwhile I'm on the phone with Fedex and was told there were sending the driver back. I waited an hour and was told by someone with bad english that there was an attempted delivey at the correct home but no answer and the package was being returned. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was connected with Becky from Cincinnati Cats or something like that. I explained that my 82 year old mom was in a 2nd floor apartment with no air and the temps for Cleveland were ranging in the 90's. We exchanged information and she got it done after I was told it would have to be delivered the next day. I was about to call and thank her when she called to ensure that my mother had received the air conditioner. THANKS BECKY!:) I hope you see this and I hope you get Employee of the Month because you deserve it.
