I arranged to ship two boxes from Kandahar Airfield Afghanistan to Kabul Airport in Afghanistan, I was told the boxes would have to go via Dubai. Why?
The customer sservices agent would not give me a quote, his excuse I dont know what discount you receive. The boxes went and we recieved them intact, then comes the invoice.
First I get charged £1618 uk then I get charged a fuel sucharge, they get there fuel free from the military under the Log cap contract, its a rip off DHL are a lot cheaper, this was a try out for the company, we have material to ship from the USA, Dubai and India but it wont be travelling by Fedex
