We shipped several shipping grade boxes from Boston to LA with FedEx and all of them arrived smashed, split open, with small and LARGE wholes in them and each of them were noticeable taped up by FedEx because our personal items were falling out. I'm a very meticulous packer and took special care to make sure everything was bubble wrapped, pop corned and secure. The boxes looked like they'd been run over. Literally. We are EXTREMELY disappointed by the lack of care and professionalism of FedEx in additional to the extra hassle we are being given by their customer service department who is currently trying to deny one small claim we made due to broken kitchenware. We are never using FedEx again.
