We stayed at Super 8 in Kalamazoo last month. We were really impressed with customer service. The front desk person, Elizabeth was very friendly and professional. We had reserved the room for single bed but we wanted a two bed room. She was able to changed the room and she did not charge extra. The room was very clean and beds were very comfy. The break fast was nice especially the fresh waffle. Free WiFi was excellent. We really enjoyed the entire stay.
