I ordered the buy one get one free cooktop but only received the paid for unit along with a letter expressing that they were back-ordered on the free ones. The interesting thing is that they are still taking new orders without fulfilling past orders. Oh, and don't bother trying to contact them by any form whatsoever, it's a total waste of time. I am filing a complaint with the Illinois BBB. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU EXPECT ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY! How they cover for themselves is that they don't bill you the s&h on the second unit so they are not legally bound to send it. This is a bunch of CROOKS!
