Ordering is not a problem, they charge you for stuff that come with the product, dont pay that or for the warranty, shop around
When you find that shipping is so high that your almost paying for two of what your buying, that's where they take your money!!! It gets better... Try and cancel your order - or any of the other orders they place for you. If you dont follow your emails you will get burned in the end before its all said and done i'm not out but i'm pissed.
They will bill you, period,, your going to buy something, you may not want it but you going to buy something... Your not going to have a choice. $85.39 was my bill, canceled my debit card and spent time to come here and write this... Whats that worth??? Dont bother with hearthware home
