Had to prepay for a sensor for my wall oven, but when replaced did not work again with the same problem as in the beginning. After several calls and missed appointments on their part they finally came and could not fix my oven stating it needs another part. I asked for them to make it a priority since i cannot cook and they replied, air conditioning is a priority right now not the oven. I asked for the original part that had been remov ed from my oven and it is not found by them, they refuse to give me their mailing address stating it is private. I am exhausted and tired and want my money back. They make appts with meand do not show...
