This customer (Martha Merideth Studio/Sandra Hunziker placed an order on 4-19 for a couple of handmade items (One Tinkerbell Dress, sixfairy wings and one wand. When we sent her the invoice it stated that she must read our store policies before placing the order. She agreed to my Store Policies when she placed the order as stated on the invoice: Paying this invoice means that you agree with our Store Policies (see attachment). If you have any question doesnt hesitate to email us or contact us by phone prior to place the order. Please be advised that she never emailed back or call so she understood our Store Policies and for that reason she paid.
As soon as she received the items she sent me an email stating the following: "All is unpacked and the fairy wings are more beautiful than we have ever hoped for. The Tinker Bell dress is breathtaking.
