I was contacted by john barry to get my house refinanced he informed that i needed to send the 1500.00 to start the paper work on refinancing my home. I had sent capitol lending advisors 1500.00 to get me refiananced, and i haven't heard anything from them since the money was sent to cover the fee involved and closing costs. I was told that if they couldn't get me refinanced they would reimburse me my money.
