On the 23 of May I booked a hotel in Bangkok with Agoda, Agoda asked me for my visa, ten mts later I found a better hotel location and I went back to Agoda to cancel my booking Agoda accepted sent me e mail with cancellation on my account history but after a month a bank statement shows Agoda did not refund the money when I contacted Agoda they blamed the hotel for holding the money $465.10 I was advised by my bank manager that Agoda itself keep the money.
Agoda excuse is that hotel policy is "Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given" is not if you cancelled it after 10 mts with Agoda consent, Agoda kept SNEAKY quiet, Agoda staff are dishonest; when you give them your visa they bully you with dishonest transactions and abuse of trust, dishonest people that cowardly hide behind a website. Be Aware!!!
