Tech support to fix computer. 2 year subscription. Was unable to resolve issue computer was still not running fast. I went to a local computer shop to get it fixed. It was reformatted. It was about half of what they charged me and the computer is running much faster now. Techies Online insists that they will not give a refund that they can still help me. But I have tried to tell them that they have not helped me and I just want a refund. I have made several calls to them. They said they were going to give me a partial refund of $90.00 within 5 days and never did. Phoned June 18 and never did. Then they wanted to put antivus software on which I already have.
