I in good faith signed up for this starting back on March 19. I was assigned a number and everything seemed okay. Did as they said to do and called GTL the jail phone provider to see if the "mock" phone bill was received. I kept getting a response of no, and the same cycle over and over. However I kept contacting them (JCS) through email only, and after sending a email to them stating I had submitted a complaint to the BBB which I did. I finally on May 20 received a phone call from JCS telling me that they were gonna resend the fax again and then follow-up in a couple day with a conference phone call and speak with them together. That never happened and I started with the emails again, little response from JCS and finally on June 20. I had a representative call me and assign me a new number. We were gonna start this all over again and see if this would work this time. I called the jail phone provider (GTL) today which is June 28. I got rather upset because after escalating the call I was told they didnt accept the so called phone company that JCS uses. I too am on a fixed income with a husband that is having trouble finding a job and we have 2 of our daughters that are pre-teen and we are raising our 3rd daughters son for her while in jail for something she didnt do and couldnt prove she did. My luck is down and then come to find out this company has just taken our family for this amount of money. Then I browsed the web and found this site.
