I had made arrangements with Jail Call Solutions to have my cell phone used to call an inmate. Because of a busy week I did not get back to them to activate the phone.By then I had found out Global Tel Link would not give me an account because I did not have a utility bill in my name, so registering with Jail Call Solutions was a moot point. I called Jail Call Solutions to ask for my money back. They refused even though the phone had not been activated. I filed complaints with the FCC and the Better Business Bureau. FCC has never gotten back to me, but the Better Business Bureau followed up and found Jail Call Solutions at fault. During this investigation they finally paid what I was owed, but very reluctantly. For your own good, do NOT have anything to do with this company. You will get zero cooperation if you have a problem.
