My first review was a really bad review of the school. During my last phone call I got the director of customer services' e-mail and e mailed him with my concerns and unexpectedly got a prompt reply on his day off. I was able to tell him what happened, voice my opinion, and still talk with him and resolve my enrollment issues, although I did have to call the court and get an extension.
I would definitely recommend going straight to the top. He is very nice and takes care of every thing promptly. His actions changed my opinion on their school. I will let you know how the learning experience goes:)
