This is a complaint about Asurion who handles insurarance for att. The latch for my Blackberry Bold became damaged. I took it to two ATT stores who said "nothing can be done." When lokking at my bill I found I was being charged $6.99 per month for insurance which included damage. I filed a Claim with Asurion, whom I had never heard of, they are quick but are running a scam. They replaced my Blackberry Bold with a lesser model "torch" and charged $125 for a refurbished phone being sold new for about $100.
