I ordered a free trial offer from this company for the shipping and handling charge of $5.95. I was billed this charge on 5/3. Two weeks later on 5/19 they billed me for the complete price of $98.16.
I called their customer service (800-895-698) and was told that I didnt understand their offer that the trial period was for 2 weeks and if I did not call within that time I was automatically charged full price for the trial and also inrolled in a monthly program for $98.16 every month. None of this information was stated in the ad. The operator (#029) informed me that another shipment was already mailed to me and I would be charged again for another $98.16. I immediatelytold her to close that account and not to send anything else.
This is clearly a deceptive marketing practice. Do not order any free trial offers from this company or any others for that matter.
