I was promised a refund of $79.90 and received an e-mail saying the money was sent to my debit card on June 21. It is now June23 and the credit is not there. I checked this online and also called. They say they se nt this refund, but it was never credited. Now they say on the phone that they did send it and I guess the bank is at fault. I saved the e-mail and got copies made, but they say the money is there, but it isn't.
