I checked my account online one morning and found $149.95 withdrawn by USA Credit. I had no knowledge of this company. The info at the bank had no phone number.
I found your website with a phone number and called. Gave them my name and they looked me up and found my info. I told them I had never applied for a card thru them and wanted a refund.
They told me they weren't a bank and it would take 8 days plus there was a $35 refund fee. I argued with her and told her since I never authorized nor wanted it why should I pay a refund fee.
Told her I found them from your rip-off website. She responded if we were a rip-off we couldn't have been in business for 13 years. Told her I guess they were in business with the money they ripped off.
Called my bank this A.M. And they have to mail me a dispute that I have to return to them by June 8. They then mail the dispute to USA Credit asking for the money back. Probably will never happen.
