I had a similar problem; here is how I got my money back.
I had kept all of my online transactions with the company and wrote a nasty e-mail to the address attached to my TVSHOWDEPOT Invoice they e-mailed: [email protected]. I wasn't expecting a reply but I received one the next day instructing me that if I returned the DVD's I would get a full refund. I replied and told them I would not send the DVD's (Since they were the only evidence I had) until I was credited with a full refund on my credit card, which I demanded by the end of that day. I didn't hear anything from them for most of the day so I logged onto my pay pal and sent an invoice for the amount owing to me to the above mentioned e-mail. Within 5 minutes I received an e-mail response asking me for my credit info so they could refund me. Two minutes later they told me I was refunded and three days after that the credit appeared on my account through my bank.
