Buyer beware. The so called free offer of DermaPure is a fraud. I ordered this, willing to pay the $1.95 handling fee. Paid this by credit card. This was to be a a FREE Trial. The product said it would take up to 2 weeks to see a notice in your skin. They also said that they would send you an e-mail for opting out of further purchases. Not giving the amount of time needed to see if the product worked or not. Also I DID NOT receive an e-mail from them of any kind. They took $89.00 out of my bank account anyway. This was supposed to be a FREE trial. I contacted my Bank, they are intervening this for me, and I closed out my credit card, got a temporary debit card until my new credit card is issued to me. Therefore if DermaPure trys to take any further money out of my account they will not be able to. My bank is disputing this for me, and refunding my $89.00 to my account, what a great bank to deal with. The bank said it has had many of these fraudulent companies to deal with and have taken action on behalf of their customers legally. Don't waste your time trying to talk to the people of DermaPure, they just keep reading the same fraudulant statement over & over. GO TO YOU BANK IMMIDIATELY, this is the best thing to do. Also report DermaPure to Better Business Bureau too.
