I thought I was ordering a death certificate of my step-father. I was charged $18.00 and I never was given any kind of page to give the information that is needed for ordering the death certificate. I have sent 4 emails and have not gotten any kind of reply yet. How can this happen so much over the internet. How do these people get legiamite licences to hhave a business in the first place. I plan to contact our Attorney Generals Office, The BBB, and ever who else I can complain to. This needs to stop. And NOW!!!
