I signed up for this service thinking 1. That it was legitimate, 2. That I'd save money on the expensive calls from prison. Neither was correct. I too was told they'd submit a false bill in my name so the number they gave me could be activated. They never have gotten that done for me after numberous emails. They refuse to refund, even the extra $19.00 I paid to have it active the day I signed up. It's a total fraud. I'm out money I could have used to have almost a month of calls from my husband. He's in prison and I'm trying to make ends meet for me and my three girls, I didn't need the hassle of being scammed also. That money was a lot for our $1000.00/mth income. It's a shame that they are able to do this.
