I rec'd phone call from Duane James with Visa Credit card co. State that my initial request had been denied because someone entered erroneous information to their system and that by fed mandate they had to offer me this card anyway, but I would have to pay a fee for the first 60 days insurance to protect the company, this fee was $315.00 I paid it via money gram. He then preceeded to tell me that I missed some kind of time line and and would require another $ 106.00. Which I paid via moneygram. At that time I was to recv my card by 11:30 this am, via fedex, it did not come. I called him back and he then told me that the insurance company cancelled the card and would not refund my money because of a missed time frame. He told me they scammed me out of my money. He then proceeded to tell me that the companey was going to go ahead and provide me the card, but i had to come up with another $456.00 which I paid via money gram but to a different person. He then said I would recv the card via fedex in less than 2 hours, which has not happened, I have tried to contact him and get no answer at this time, and no card has arrived. I have been on the phone for hours with this man over the past 2 days only to be relieved of my money and no product has been produced.
