I order a product that is not working for me my hair, still the same way. This product is a Keratin treatment is just 2 little bottles and one iron straight to small. I used last week but is not work good. I call them but they don't want to help me. I need my money back. This product cost me 169.00. I have the product with me. I used the half because there for 2 aplications and it was for 6 months every treatment. I paid with my credit card.

The other thing was so confused when i order my product i told them that i will paid with money order. When Fedex came to delivery the product i told them that i don't have the money order, they left and said that they come next time. I called the company and i paid with credit card. They said that they will send me a new package. So Fedex come back 2 days later, i received the package. Then 4 days later Fedex came again with other product and i tlod them that i received my package already so i reject it. The company told me that they call me to charge me 35 so Fedex can return the package. I don't understand it. There a some companies i told them what is the right company? Because they call me for the same city with different phone numbers. I paid the 35 for Western Union. I am so mad, how come i paid that just to reject the other product? They steal my money. I don't know what i need to do because i need to return the product because isn't work for my hair. Please help me, thanks.
