In November we called to get a credit increase approved for $200.00 but would cost us $25.00 leaving us $175.00 avail on the credit card, no biggie. It would approve all we needed the card for... Gas on our holiday trip to KS. During our trip we went to use the card and we recv'd a big "declined". When I got around to it I tried to call 503-293-4037 that is listed on the credit card message gives a different number 1-800-724-4964. I called, but never got to speak to a cst service rep.
Time went by and I recv'd my statement. I didn't see the credit increase and was charged $29.00 over the limit fee. I sent in payment and following month statement came in recv'd another $29.00 over the limit fee. I paid it and I finally sign online and file a complaint regarding this. I have not recv'd an answer and I still can never get thru to speak to a human. So, good luck trying to talk to someone.
