My name is Carol Sinnott and Pmc club has taken $99.49 out of my checking account without my authorization. I need to be refunded now!

I called my bank and they are filing a criminal report dispute on this company (Pmc club).
I intend to be refunded for this terrible violation. That $99.49 was to go to a deductible on my car which was in an accident. I don't understand why people think that it's alright to prey on innocent people to get rich quick.
