E check dated 2-7 Removed $3.95 out of my checking account without my permission

I did not authorize an electronic debit of $3.95 dated on Feb. 7 to be paid to this company, I called the phone number 1-877-532-2800 on the e-check and spoke with a customer service person who told me that my membership would be cancelled but that I could not have my $3.95 returned to my checking account and that I should take it up with my bank.

I explained to him that I did contact my bank to dispute this charge because I did not join their club, I did not even know what their club was until I located them on line by doing a google on the 877 number which took me to their website, and I located the contact us info.

I have never volunterialy joined their club or authorized any payment to them from my checking account or any other means of joining their club.
