I purchased a Living Social deal that expires in 3 weeks. I called the merchant and was unable to get an appointment. I called Living Social and was hoping to get a refund or a credit. They told me that they are unable to give a refund and I can still use the voucher for the amount paid. I am not interested in going to this merchant and paying full price for a service. What terrible service!
