A few months back I went to Walgreens in Oakland TN to purchase 1 item. The computer appeared to be having problems and I had to slide my card 4 times to complete my purchase. I was told by the manager that I was not charged but once.
I was charged 4 times and this caused an overdraft of my checking account.
The next day I went in to complain and that manager was rude, yelled at me, and threw the extra 3 charges refund at me. This did not address my bank overdraft and I complained to corporate.
I received an apology from the store manager but no refund against my overdraft nor a letter to take to my bank so they would reimburse me.
Somehow they think they did right by me.
