I just read on your net about some lady taht got sammed the same way I did. I was contacted by phone by Goldstar Resorts. He said they had someone who wnated to buy my timeshare. I was told I had to pay 2,500 to cover the title search fees ecft, and that it would be refunded when the timeshare was sold. I was told I needed to make a decision, as the buyer wnated to close within 45 days. I checked with them on a reg basis, every week ande got an answer all the time. I was quite nervous and should have realized something was up. I was waiting for them to get the loan. Then they could not get the loan, so trhey wre trying to sell the timeshare at a big resorts timeshare convention July 4. I waited again. When I sudenly got mad and said they are scammers and I will look into their company, their phone was out of service. Carrie
