I was called at home and this nice man said that he had a buyer for my timeshare. That I have to pout a deposit down and when it is sold it is fully refunded. I asked him why I had to put this amt and he said that It hold the resort, so you dont sell it to someone else. That sounded reasonable. I asked alot of questions and he had answers. I told him I have been scammed before and very leary to put that amt on my card. He said that I should have my money soon, as we have a buyer. I checked with this lady almost every week. Asking her how it was going. She always had excuses. The people are still waiting for the papers and it takes time. Next now we are waiting for thenm to get a loan. So in July, when I called her she sad I am sorry but they didnt get a loan. Now what? She said t6he July 4 weekend is coming and we are taking your timeshare to try and sell it at a hotel convention. No luck She then said in Aug things will pick up, as people are back from holidays. My credit card company will not cancel the amt put on, as it is over 75 days. So here I sit with 2,500 in the whole. Now what? TX Carrie
