I got an order of the FREE cig and have been charged $83.98 s month for the last 3 months. I never agreed to buy any product When it came to my house the billing stated the balance was zero. This led me to believe there was no charge. I just called them and complained. I cancelled and made sure I received an email stating so. I was also told that I would receive a refund, but they refused to put that in an email. Please look into this. I now have to change my debit card number.
