Sent away for the starter kit for $9.95. Then cancelled on Jan 10 within the 2 weeks allowed, even got a cancellation number! Then received the monthly supply on Feb 8th and realized they had charged my credit card $99.99 with tax $102.72. Called them and they said it was a glitch in their system... Then they said because I was offered another deal that continued the contract therefore they kept the account open. Why would I have a cancellation number if I had agreed to continue!!! Have now been told they will refund me entirely but I believe nothing they say so have disputed the charge with my credit card and have had them blocked from trying to charge me again next month. This is really not professional! And I see on the reports - I am not the only one they have done this to. Try V2 cigs they are professsional. Oh and by the way thier support email address does not work &
