I ordered their trial products, then received further items which I had not ordered and the charge for those items has been taken from my bank account. I have been unable to contact their so called support services, as there is never anyone answering the so called support line, just an answerphone message. I am now in the process of contacting my bank to ask them not to pay any further requests from this company.
