Ordered the "trial, " was automatically enrolled in the autoship. Trial arrived, two items, one had been opened and was empty. Called and they said they would re-ship. Finally items arrived, tried and it didn't work as advertised. Called again and told whoever answered that I wanted to cancel. Was told that an email would be sent with instructions on how to return the unused portion for refund.
Never received email.
Called again and the call goes to an automatic answering system - cannot speak with anyone.
Was billed again on 5/28 for the products however nothing was received to date.
Bank unable to help since they cannot charge back the transactions - not sure if merchant changed accounts or the problem has to do with foreign transaction.
Bottom line - don't buy anything from this seller!
