I purchased 3 Sony 15.5" VAIO VPCEH36FX Laptops and 3 accessories (a printer, carrying case and USB drive) for EACH laptop from Walmart.com on 6/6. The purchase of 3 accessories was REQUIRED for the purchase of each laptop. After confirming my purchase on the website, I noticed my email confirmations omitted the purchase of the laptops completely off of my receipts but I was still being charged for the accessories. I also noticed the prices of the accessories were suddenly doubled and quadrupled. I emailed the customer support dept. At Walmart and received no response. I then called the billing dept. And spoke to a supervisor named Stephanie. She informed me that the price of the laptop was a misprint so it had been taken off of everybody's orders. I asked why weren't any customers informed of this and why were we still being charged double and quadruple prices for the "required" accessories and she had no answer. The very next day, the useless accessories were delivered to my residence. So instead of receiving 3 laptops which I had originally confirmed in my purchase order, I received 3 printers, 3 carrying cases and 3 USB flash drives which were only bought as a "requirement" to be able to purchase the laptop.
