Placed order on 5/10 for 2 sets ~ Called 5/26 was told it was on back order and was MAILED 5/25 and I should get withing 3 days ~ (Was never notified of back order) Called back on 5/29 because still had not received ~ I got the USPS tracking number which I checked on USPS web and number did not exist ~ Even to to post office and had them check and did not exist ~ For the miscommunitication on the back order and shipping was given a $20 credit which I received 6/05/12~ Upon finally receiving 06/01, I and my husband tried and couldn't use because of pain and discomfort ~ I called today 06/12 to return bur was told I could only get a $14.90 credit because of the $20 credit I was given against shipping (which I paid $30.80 shipping which should nave cost $14.95 using USPS Flat Rate large box or 10.95 med flat rate box~ I wasn't allow to talk to anyone pass customer service and was give the same answer over and over ~ Now I'm stuck with something I or my husband can't use ~ I was told they were suppose to hurt till I broke in but that's not what it said in the tv promo~ Oh, if I cept they would give me a $25 credit but since they had already given me $20 there would only be $5 credit ~ Why put a claimer out that full refund if not fully satisfied if you're not?
