Bogus tracking information, no reply from customer service, and no refund after requested
On May 30 I paid $79.00 for Order #195800095, I was immediatly sent a bogus tracking #, USPS was not able to confirm that the product was ever shipped. I contacted customer service and asked why this was an issue and was told that the product was out of stock and would be sent the following day on Friday June 1. When I checked USPS for shipping confirmation, the results were the same which was that the order had not been shipped. I later received a reply that from customer service stating that my priority shipping fee would be refunded, when I asked for a refund for my entire order, no reply was provided. I still have not heard from this business regarding my request, I do not which to conduct business with them.
