Neglect, bad service
have been having trouble with cable, had called several times. Repair man finally came out and said we had bad connection, put new cable in. When he left, his cable scraps were all over my yard and the cable wire from the street to the back of my house was just lying on the ground. I called Comcast and the woman said, " well, is it harming you?' I said it will if my kids trip over it or i run over with the mower. She said someone would be out in 24 hrs. That was 6/6. On the 11th i called and complained. A supervisor was supposed to call me. Never did... I can't believe they just ignore me and left this wire on the ground but expect me to pay 120.00 a month for service that still freezes up. Wow. Today is the 12th and no one..
