We send him USD 11250 on 8th October for Rubber compound c grade and USD 9375 on 8th October for cut pieces of nylon and polyester cord
we also send him USD 6250 for friction cord 13th October and USD 6250 for green tyre on the same day. This was done to convey a message that we are cbonafide business entity, create his interest in future business dealings as well as reduce transportation cost foe us
According to the Contract, Mr. Lillo should have loaded the material within 7 days of receiving the advance payment but he did no. He had been telephoning us that he would send us the material but he did not honor his words for almost a month and now when we are asking for the refund he been again delaying and has not returned the money till date
He is liar and do fraud with every one please don't believe on this company and Lillo, Lillo is thief
