They where send me a refund of$930.00 but i never recived it

My name is eric l. I was applying for a loan with bellwood finiancial group for $7000. I sent them a moneygram for $930.00. Then they i was denied the loan and they asked send them another payment so i could not. So ask for refund they i could i get my money back in month. I got all my paper work and contract. This happened in october 2.
