I ordered a pair of sunglasses but received two other pairs of very poor quality and nothing like what I ordered. Since then I have been persistent in requesting to return the stuff and get a refund and wrote dozens and dozens of emails but always got a stupid response like this:
"Dear friend,

Hi, thanks for your letter.
Are you sure you want to return it? From your interested, it is
not good for you, you can reconsider it.
If you insist to return it, you can know you have to pay many
money, pay for shipment and pay taxes by yourself, and the taxes
are not to pay us, is for your country. If you can understand
us, we will send you the right one after 6 months for free.
Because the manufacturers are also need some time, produce a
product is not an easy thing, they also have to ensure that the
quality of the goods. If you don't like, we will be giving gifts
in your next order or giving you a good price.

I kept insisting on receiving an address to retutn the goods and after 3 annoying months of such correspondence I got:
"Dear friend,

Hi, thanks for your letter.
Sorry for that we do not have the address for you to send it back, as we are just customer supporters.
You can try to contact the seller to ask for it.
Sorry for the inconvenience that caused.

Best wishes"

And that goes to a dead end.

Note that you receive the package with goods without any address on it and your payment has already been transferred so the bank won't cooperate - you have not returned the stuff to the seller.

So it's a very annoying and frustrating SCAM!
