I placed an order of 2 HD visions sunglasses. Second pair was to be free with the purchase of the first pair for $19.99. I have the original ad in hand. I had to pay the shipping and handling for the 2 pairs. The order was processed on 2/26 for 3 pairs of sunglasses for a total of $66.65. I only received 2 pairs, never ordered a third pair. I went out of the state on vacation, both pairs broke in less then 3 weeks. They broke while putting them on. All sunglasses should flex. These did not, they broke at the nose piece. When I returned home I wrote a letter stating the situation. The letter was mailed on 5-20. I received a response from them on 7-13. The letter "apologized for the inconvenience, asked me to return the damaged products and a refund would be issued in 4-8 weeks." It is a year later, I have never heard anything or received a dime. I called them (letters seem to sit on desks) on 8-18. I am now told that the 7-13 letter was sent in "error" and that my refund request was outside of the warranty! No refund will be submitted! I have looked at all of my paperwork. There is absolutely nothing that says a warranty is only good for 60 days or satisfaction guarantee for 60 days. I was overcharged to begin with by nearly $40.00 and they won't even honor their billing error. They don't stand behind this product and I would say a little false advertising is also in play, the return dept says they have a 60 day return policy but the consumer is not made aware of it.
